STEP 1: SETTING UP APPOINTMENTS

1. Go to https://alharubmedical.com/contact-us/
2. Fill in the Informed Consent and Registration Form https://form.jotform.com/Ahmc/consent
   • If this is your first time using our online therapy services, we request that you fill in this form, even if you have filled in a hard copy for our in-person therapy sessions

STEP 2: PAYMENT

1. Before the session, please transfer the fees (provided in your invoice). All payments can be made to:

• Swift Code: BMUSOMRXXXX

2. Send proof of payment to info@alharubmedical.com or +968 9170 5886. This should be done 24 hours before the scheduled session.

STEP 3: CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT

Once the form and receipt of payment has been received, we will confirm with you the appointment date and time via SMS / Email.

STEP 4: STARTING THE THERAPY SESSION

1. Approximately 15-30 Minutes before the session, your therapist will send you a link via email to the virtual therapy session
2. Click the link and you will be directly transferred to the virtual session window
3. Kindly wait for your therapist to initiate the session and the video/audio will begin shortly

CLIENTS FROM PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT OF OMAN (PDO)

If you are a new client and happen to be a PDO employee or a family member of a PDO employee and want to avail the Employee Assistant Program, please send a scanned copy of your PDO ID or PDO ID of the family member to info@alharubmedical.com before scheduling an appointment.

CANCELLATION

• If you wish to cancel the appointment or postpone, kindly notify the administrators at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment for a full refund (in case of cancellation).
• There will be no refunds applicable for last minute cancellation.
