Occupational Therapy supports children, adolescents, and adults in managing emotional well-being, sensory regulation, and everyday functioning. Our focus is on mental health recovery and helping individuals participate more confidently and independently in meaningful daily activities at home, school, work, and in the community. This service is suitable for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, sensory processing difficulties, and behavioral or process addictions, including sex and pornography addiction, when these challenges affect routines, relationships, motivation, or daily life skills.
Our Therapeutic Approach Our occupational therapists use a person-centred, recovery-focused approach that addresses emotional, cognitive, sensory, and behavioural needs. Therapy is goal-oriented and strengths-based, using meaningful activities to build regulation, routine, confidence, and functional independence.
