Applied Behavioral Therapy (ABA) is a structured, evidence-based intervention designed to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental delays, and behavioural challenges. Grounded in the science of learning and behaviour, ABA uses positive reinforcement to build helpful skills and reduce behaviours that interfere with daily functioning.
Our certified behaviour therapists conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans tailored to each person’s strengths and needs.
ABA Can Support:
Communication and language development
Social skills and peer interaction
Daily living skills (e.g. toileting, feeding, dressing)
Emotional regulation and coping strategies
Reducing challenging behaviours through functional behaviour analysis
Our Approach
ABA sessions are goal-focused and data-driven, with ongoing monitoring to track progress. Therapy can be delivered at home, in school, or in clinic, and we work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency across environments.
Our goal is to promote greater independence, functional skills, and quality of life.
